This sponsorship will include your name on a yard sign at a hole along the course, as well as your name on the tournament webpage.  

All sponsorship payments must be received by June 8, 2026 to ensure your name is included in promotional materials as specified in the sponsorship level details. 

When providing contact information, please list what you want printed on the sign in the "Company" field.
