Topeka Youth Project has been supporting Topeka's Youth since 1983!  Our Jobs for Young Adults program guides students through the process of becoming employed.  They learn financial literacy, interview skills, resume writing, how to be a quality employee and what all that darn paperwork means to them.

Covid took a toll on our program but we are back and growing!  We are looking for support from you to help us develop more programs to guide our Topeka Youth into careers they thrive in.

Programs under development are resume writing workshops, customer service training workshops, job shadow program, dealing with mental health and so much more.  

Our mission is to instill confidence, identify talents and groom our leaders to continue to grow in positive directions!  

Youth Court is our second program to guide youth into positive directions!  Youth Court is designed to teach the judicial system and give second chances to deserving youth.  The youth are the judge, jury, bailiff, attorney and prosecutor.  Traffic accidents and tickets can be an expensive learning experience and raise insurance rates for parents!  Youth Court allows them to experience the judicial system and learn from their mistakes while most times keeping it from blemishing their record.
