House Salad:

mixed greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, red onions

Romaine tossed in Caesar dressing, topped with shaved Parmesan and Croutons

 

COURSE 2

Roasted Beef Tenderloin: 

Cooked medium rare and topped with a red wine Demi glace. Served with Napoleaon Potatoes and Sauteed Brussel Sprouts

Toppoed with a lemon herb beure blanc and served with sage scones, a halved baked herb and brown sugar sweet potato, with a side of roasted asparagus
