On behalf of International Leadership of Texas, we would like to thank you for your interest in the 3rd Annual ILTexas Golf Classic!
The mission of ILTexas is to prepare students for exceptional leadership roles in the international community by emphasizing servant leadership, mastering the English, Spanish, and Chinese languages, and strengthening the mind, body, and character.
The money raised from the tournament will enable students to participate in ILTexas' "Road Scholar" educational trips throughout Texas, the Northeastern U.S., and China; provide aid to graduating seniors attending their first year of college; and award grants to teachers for the development of innovative classroom instruction.
We thank you for all that you do to support ILTexas in this most worthwhile mission.
Event Details
FORMAT FOR PLAY: 4 - PERSON SCRAMBLE PAR MAX
Each team member will hit a tee shot. Select the best tee shot and all will play from that position. Continue this format throughout the hole. Record the team score on the GPS.
BAG DROP
Drive to the front of the clubhouse where your bags will be unloaded for you and taken to your cart.
REGISTRATION
Inside the clubhouse from 6:30 - 7:15 AM. Team members may register by name and sponsoring company. Goody bags will be issued at the registration desk.
MULLIGANS
Mulligans will be sold at registration. 1 for $10 or 3 for $25.
BREAKFAST
Buffet breakfast will be served in the Legends and Champs Banquet Hall from 6:30 - 7:30 AM.
CALL TO CARTS
Teams will be called to carts at 7:45 AM and directed to their starting tee box.
DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY
A Cowboys Golf Club staff member will take each team's photo during play and a USB of all photos taken will be given to the main contact. *Note: Photos will not be printed.
SIDELINE GRILL
All food items at the sideline grill locations are complementary. Soft beverages on the course are free, alcohol is cash only.
LUNCHEON
The luncheon will be held in the Legends and Champs Banquet Hall at approximately 12:30 PM or when the last foursome leaves the course. Awards and prizes will be announced. Recognition of our sponsors. *Note: All players must be off the course by 1:00 PM.
COMPETITIONS
Hole #17 Prize - Win a car from D&M Leasing. Retail value $45,000. Your choice of several makes and models. *Note: The vehicle featured at #17 is a representation of one of the choices the winner may choose from, not the actual vehicle itself. Yardage Men: 176 / Women: 161
