"Parkinson's disease is very near and dear to my heart as my Mother was diagnosed with Parkinsons almost 5 years ago.  Every dollar that we raise goes directly to help fund local programs and is also used for research so we can one day find a cure.  From the bottom of my heart, I sincerely appreciate every dollar that you are able to sponsor or donate for such a great cause."
