Mulligan and Raffle Ticket guidelines:

For mulligans, each raffle ticket can be exchanged for one mulligan. However, a maximum of 4 mulligans can be used per team during the tournament. Mulligan allows do over drive, free re-putt, get out of the sand free, redo ball in the water dunk, reload for par three, second chance at your second shot, behind a tree free drop.

Use only 1 mulligan per hole. 

Regarding raffle tickets, there is no limit to how many you can purchase. These unlimited raffle tickets can be used for both the end-of-tournament raffle and the door prizes.
