AMPP Calgary Chapter - 2022 Golf Tournament

Please join us for the annual AMPP Calgary Golf Tournament

Participation Limit: 144 Golfers

Cost: $195 AMPP Members

           $220 Non-Members

Registration as a Group:
As always, this is a fun-first tournament, and we respect that it is more fun to be paired with people you want to golf with.  If you are paying together as a group, there are several packages created for combinations of AMPP Members and Non-Members.  Please choose the appropriate package and list the AMPP member numbers when prompted.  

If you are not registering on the same receipt, then please type the name of the person or people you wish to be paired with when prompted to in the registration.  We'll try our best to accommodate each pairing request, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted.
 

Substituting Golfers:
We understand that often people book teams without knowing all the golfers or need to make a substitution just before the event date.  We ask that you attempt to make any final modifications to your team with the golfers that will be joining you by August 15.  This helps us keep organized and allows us to easily ensure that groups are kept intact and organized when the onsite check-in opens.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Please contact one of the event organizers by e-mail or phone directly should you need to cancel your registration.  The cancellation fee is $25 per player. Refunds will be issued, less cancellation fees, following the event. There will be no refunds granted for cancellations requested after August 3; however, player substitutions may be made.

Submitting Payment by Cheque:
Please make cheques payable to "AMPP Calgary Chapter" and mail along with a copy of your confirmation e-mail to the address below. Reminder - cheques must be received by August 2 in order to be registered in time for the event:
