On-Course and Reception Table Information

On-Course Tables - Only food or beverage tables are permitted on the course

• Provided: Table, two chairs, and ice.

• Bring: Table cover, serving supplies (cups, scoops, coolers), signage, and distribution materials.

• Delivery: Event day only, 8:00–10:30 a.m. (no early deliveries).

Reception Tables:

• Provided: Table, tablecloth, two chairs, and ice.

• Bring Serving supplies, coolers, signage, and distribution materials.

• Delivery: Event day 8:00 a.m. onward. If you want to request an advance delivery, contact Matt Matei, Burning Tree Country Club

• Set up for the reception table is after 2:00 p.m. for the 6:00 p.m. reception.

• Course-to-Reception Transfer: Staff will assist with moving course stations.
