A mulligan, most simply put, is a "do-over" in golf. Hit a bad shot? Take a mulligan and replay that stroke. Drop a ball on the spot from which you just played, and re-play. The first (bad) shot is not counted. Each player is allowed to purchase a maximum of 2 Mulligans. PLEASE NOTE. Players may not under any circumstances use a Mulligan for a tournament designated "Hole in One" hole.
