Golf Fore A Cure

The first annual “Golf Fore The Cure” scramble is being held on May 10th at Whitetail Golf Club to raise money to support Darren Betters’ Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year Campaign.  All proceeds benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  The cost for registration is $90 per golfer which includes an 18 hole scramble, lunch at registration, beverages on the course and a buffet dinner.  Awards and prizes include cash prizes to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners; Pot of Gold, Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and a brand new Subaru Outback to anyone who make a hole in one on #11.

All the money raised will help fund therapies and treatments that are saving lives. Over the years, support from people like you has been responsible for the blood cancer advancements that have doubled, tripled, and in some cases quadrupled the survival rate for some blood cancers.

Many LLS supported therapies not only help blood cancer patients, but are also now used to treat patients with rare forms of stomach and skin cancers and are in clinical trials for patients with lung, brain, breast, pancreatic and prostate cancers. And LLS funded drugs like targeted therapies and immunotherapies are now saving thousands of lives every day.

Please join us for a great time with good friends and help us get one step closer to a cancer free world.
