PUTTING STRING

  • Seven-foot putting string: If your ball lands within seven feet of the hole, stretch the string from your ball to the hole. It’s then considered ‘in the hole.’ Discard the string as it is all used up and cannot be used again.
  • Limit 1 set of strings per person on a team.
  • Decision to use a string on a hole should be made prior to when team putting begins on that hole.
  • Cannot be used for hole-in-one contest.
