Damage Liability:
By participating in the OHC 7th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser, the undersigned player (“Participant”) acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for any damage to property or injury to persons caused by their actions, equipment, or errant shots during the course of play or while on the premises of Sugar Creek Golf Course

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oakville Hockey Club, the tournament sponsors, the host golf course, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or resulting from any such damage or injury caused by the Participant.

The Participant also agrees that they are voluntarily assuming all risks associated with participating in the Tournament, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or equipment loss, and hereby releases and discharges all aforementioned parties from any liability except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
