This $1,000.00 donation will cover the entry fee for (1) 4 man scramble team & (8) mulligans for your team & (1) Yard Sign.

Each player on the team will receive entry into our tournament with (2) free mulligans for each player. 

***These (2) mulligans for each player will need to be used for: (1) on the front nine & (1) on the back nine of the golf course.

Your name/team or company will be given (1) standard size (1) color yard sign on the golf course for all golfers to see your additional support.
