Format:            4-Person ScRaMbLe

Cost:                $500.00 per Team (Foursome); $135 (Individual)

                         PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE - September 15, 2017

                        After 9/15/17, registration fee is $580.00/team or $150/individual by 10/13/2017.

Tournament Fee Includes:  (4) 18 Holes of Golf, (2) Golf Carts, Golfers’ Goody Bags, 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd Team Prizes, 4 additional vouchers for a round of golf @ Silverhorn Golf Course, Contest Awards for Males & Females, Breakfast Tacos, Luncheon with DJ and Silent Auction, Beer & Wine Tasting, and so much more!
