• Hosts may serve food and beverages, host a game, or host a contest

• We recommend bringing food and/or beverage samples/snacks for 180+ people

• Hosts have 3-4 minutes with each six-some to showcase their business

• Your sponsorship will include: 1* 6-foot table, 2 chairs, white linen tablecloth

• We recommend having a pop-up tent or sunshade at your hole • If you don't have your own branded tent, one may be rented for $75.00 + GST.

• This includes delivery, set up and take down of tent o MUST BE PRE ORDERED through us by June 30, 2025
