Team Stacey Golf Tournament for the Alzheimer's Association

DATE:  Monday, October 7, 2019

TIME:   Check-in Begins at 10:45 a.m.; Tee off at 11:30 a.m.

ENTRY FEE:  $180 (Includes: green fees, cart, box lunch, one drink ticket, Fajita/Taco Bar Dinner)

Tournament to be played in a four-person scramble format - Registration Requested by September 16, 2019 

After the golf tournament, a Silent Auction Social Hour will be held followed by the dinner.  Dinner guests are invited at an additional charge of $35.

Our daughter, Stacey, is our inspiration for the Team Stacey Golf Tournament.  Stacey, a young wife and mother of two boys, ages 8 and 5, was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease in March 2017 at the age of 40.  Proceeds from this event will be used to help the Alzheimer's Association advance the care, support, and research efforts in search of a cure for Alzheimer's Disease.  The Voorhees Family appreciates your participation and support of the Alzheimer's Association.
