Dear Friends and Family of The Fuller Center, 

We are very excited to be celebrating our 21st Annual Build-A-Community Golf Challenge on October 25, 2022 at Wykagyl Country Club. As you know, The Fuller Center for Housing of Greater New York City promotes collaborative and innovative partnerships with individuals and organizations, like yourselves, to provide decent shelter for all people in need throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Every year we look forward to this event as a day of friendly competition and great camaraderie to support this most worthy cause. 100% of the proceeds will be used to continue our neighborhood revitalization and hurricane rebuilding efforts.

This October marks ten years since the devastation brought upon the greater New York City area by Hurricane Sandy.  Fuller Center volunteers from every walk of life worked tirelessly for days, weeks, and months to restore affected neighborhoods and homes throughout our area.  As recently as this past year, we have continued to bring out hundreds of volunteers to assist in similar relief efforts so desperately needed from the devastation brought on by Hurricane Ida.  Neighbors, churches, corporations, and even strangersdonned our bright green shirts daily to clean up, provide water, food, and emergency supplies to affected neighborhoods, and rebuild infrastructures as needed.  

We hope you will join us at this year’s outing. As a golfer, not only will you have an amazing day of golf on an amazing course, but you will be the recipient of many take home gifts, and the winning foursome will have a chance to compete in the Liberty Mutual Finals in beautiful Kiawah, South Carolina in the spring of 2023. If you are not a golfer, there are many other ways to support the mission of the Fuller Center.
