Golfer Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

GOLFER IS LIABLE FOR ALL DAMAGE CAUSED BY THEIR ACTIONS:

The golfer/attendee agrees to hold Compass Pointe Golf Courses and its officers and employees free and harmless from any damage or claims of any nature whatsoever that may arise from or through the use of golf carts and Compass Pointe facilities. It is the golfer's responsibility to fully understand the safe operating instructions of golf carts and to return them immediately following the completion of the round of golf in as good condition as was received.

REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS:

There will be no refunds issued. Once a registration has been bought, and you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer that registration to another individual.  You must notify the TWMGT organizers in writing of the change so that your name will be removed and the name of the replacement golfer is noted. DRESS CODE POLICY:

Appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times, both on the Golf Course and in the Clubhouse.  Inappropriate Golf Course attire includes jeans, tracksuits, beachwear or frayed clothing.  If you are attending the event and not golfing, this dress code is still in effect.
