Event Sponsorships

If you haven't already reserved your sponsorship with Genesco, you may register your sponsorship as well your correspoding tournament participants on this site via this Register Now link, which may also be found at the top right and bottom of the page.  Once at the registration page, choose your desired sponsorship package then fill out all requested details, including contact information and event and meal preferences.

Dinner on Tuesday, September 15, 2015

A special golf dinner will be held the evening before the tournament Tuesday, September 15, 2015, for all sponsors. This year’s event will be at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Cocktails begin at 6:30 p.m. and dinner, remarks and entertainment will follow at 7:30 p.m. The golf registration desk also will be open during cocktails. All RSVPs for the dinner need to be received by Tuesday, September 8, 2015.  Please fill out the registration form through the links at the top and bottom of this page, as well as here.  Reservations are required.

Attire

Suggested dress for the dinner is sporty business casual, such as khakis and polos.  Required dress code for the golf tournament, per the golf club, is to be recognized by all players, and includes shorts permitted in the Bermuda length only, no denim, of any sort, and no t-shirts, tank tops, cut offs, sweatpants, bathing suits, or athletic shorts permitted.  Gaylord Springs Golf Links has a soft spikes only policy.

Golf Club Rental

Club rental is available at a fee of $55.00 plus tax, per rental set.  Each set includes one sleeve of balls, and TaylorMade Clubs for both men and women.  When reserving, please indicate whether this is for women’s right or left handed clubs, or men’s right or left handed clubs.  A RESERVATION MUST BE MADE BY TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8 by requesting on your registration form or by contacting Claire McCall at cmccall@genesco.com or 615-367-8283.  Individuals will be responsible for club rental expenses, which can be paid at the Pro Shop on the day of the event. 

$10,000 Shootout for United Way

Immediately following the scramble and lunch on September 16, the annual $10,000 Shootout for United Way tees up. One player from each foursome will qualify to take a shot from 100 yards, closest to the pin wins. All Diamond and Platinum sponsor team members are pre-qualified, and Genesco Chief Executive Officer Bob Dennis will be taking a swing for United Way. Not playing? Be sure to get a seat on the hill and join in the excitement because someone will take home the big check!

Payment

All sponsorships and donations should be made out to the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville. Please note that no payments will be collected through this tournament registration site. Once you've registered your sponsorship/team/players on this site, you may make your payment by filling out and submitting this Payment Form, which also may be found as a file download at the bottom of the Sponsorhsip Opportunites page of this site.
