1. Which golf course is the tournament hosted at?

Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, 4612 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC

 

2. When is tee time? 

The shotgun start is at 11:00 am.

 

3. Will there be any refreshments or food available on the course?

Yes! Snacks and beverages will be provided for all foursomes. 

 

4. Are there shuttles from the Fairmont to the golf course?

Yes, there are. They depart from outside the hotel and they take golfers to the green starting as early as 9:30 am. 

 

5. Where is the networking breakfast?

It's at the Woodlands Terrace at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. 

 

6. Is there a room block?

Yes, there is. To book your preferred accommodation with the group rate, we strongly encourage that you visit the Fairmont GroupMax link.

If you prefer, you can call the Fairmont Global Reservations Centre at 1-800-441-1414 and get the group rate by saying that you are a part of Partners in Tourism Invitational Golf Tournament or 0824PITGOLF. 

 

7. Can I buy a gala dinner ticket?

Yes, you can, tickets are available here.

 

8. When does the gala dinner start?

The 19th hole reception starts at 6:00 pm. The gala dinner will be served starting at 6:50 pm. 

 

9. What’s the dress code for the gala dinner? 

We have guests in anything from semi-formal to golf shorts!
