Nashoba Youth Hockey Association Golf Tournament 2023

When and where will the tournament be held?

The first annual NYHA tourament will be held on Monday May 8, 2023 at Sky Meadow Country Club.  The tournament will follow a scramble format with a shotgun start time at 7:30a.

What does Registration in this event include?

• 18 holes of golf with cart 

• Valet service

• Use of practice range

• Access to locker rooms

• Use of putting and chipping greens

• Buffett luncheon

Will there be any contests or prizes?

There will be many chances to win great prizes during our Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Putting contests, Raffles and Silent Auction.  

How many participants can join?

Please note that space is limited to 100 golfers.  We encourage players to register as soon as possible.  Guest tickets for the luncheon are also available for purchase.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, Sky Meadow Country Club enforces a strict dress code.  Collared shirts are required and shorts must be mid-thigh length.  No jeans are allowed.  The course reserves the right to prevent players who do not abide by the dress code from teeing off unless a change of attire is obtained. 

Are Luncheon tickets available?

Yes! We welcome any guests who would like to purchase a luncheon only ticket.  

Are there other ways to support Nashoba Youth Hockey?

Absolutely! Please see our tournament sponsorship offerings.  Donations are always welcome.  We appreciate the support from our local community!

Why can't I find a checkout button in the cart on my mobile?

On mobile devices, you can view the green "Checkout" button if you turn your device to the horizontal view.  The webhosts are working on a fix for this problem that will allow you to view the checkout in vertical view.

I am registering a foursome but don't have the contact information of each player yet.  Can I continue with registration?

Yes, you can include your email for each member of your foursome and provide us the information for each member before the event.  We ask that you provide us with names, shirt sizes, and emails by May 1st so that we can make sure each player is set up in our system prior to the date of the event.

I am purchasing a sponsorship but am unsure how to share my company's logo.  Are there directions for this?

First and foremost, thank you for you sponsoring our event! When you complete the checkout process, you will receive a separate email at the address you listed in registration that will include directions on how to send your logo to us as well as the deadline.  

I purchased a sponsorship.  When is my company's logo file due to NYHA?

The deadline for logo file submissions is April 20th.  Files can be emailed to amytesz@nashobahockey.com
