Please review the below sanitization and social distancing protocols we are implementing in light of COVID-19.
 
Sevan Symposium:

• 50 people maximum in attendance
• Hand Sanitizer stations will be present
• Three people will be seated per table (with a chair in between each) to allow for social distancing
• Masks will be required for all guests during the Sevan Symposium. Extra masks will be provided.
• Per hotel regulations, masks must be worn in all public areas of the hotel including restrooms, lobby, guest check in, and walking to and from these areas
• The Hyatt Lodge has updated menus for the new COVID environment

Golf Classic:

• Golf Classic event will be held outdoors
• Morning gathering will take place at 2-3 different outdoor locations to keep groups 50 people or less
• Food, drinks, games, and charity tables will be spread around the course to reduce large group gatherings
• Game equipment (golf ball cannon and dice) will be cleaned between each use
• Hand Sanitizer stations will be present
• A closing award reception will not be held this year

 We will continue to closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s recommendations regarding COVID-19.
