ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT
Given the impact and reach of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), Hopkins School has taken additional steps to ensure the well-being of our community. One of these steps is cancellation of all large, in-person events through the end of the school year. Sadly, this includes the upcoming Alumni Weekend and Golf Tournament.
While we are so sorry to lose the opportunity to bring many of you together to celebrate your relationships with one another as well as with the school, we know this is the best decision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our community. We realize this is especially disappointing for the 0s and 5s classes. A follow-up message will be sent to all Reunion committee members regarding the option to gather classes in the fall, in conjunction with Homecoming on October 17, 2020.
If you have registered already, you will be refunded automatically to your original form of payment by the end of March. Please contact kvaranelli@hopkins.edu with any questions or concerns.
The annual Hopkins Golf Tournament for Scholarship is an important fundraising event, open to the entire Hopkins community, family and friends, with all proceeds benefiting scholarship at the School.
There are several ways you can lend a hand: by playing in the tournament, by becoming a sponsor, or by donating an item for the silent auction or raffle prizes, or by making a monetary donation of any amount to support the Alumni/ae Association Scholarship Fund.
Your support of this golf tournament will help to provide full or partial scholarships to deserving students—students who would otherwise be unable to experience the exceptional education that Hopkins School provides. The fund stands at over $735,000 as of June 30, 2018, which we are proud to have raised entirely from the proceeds of this tournament and the generosity of our community.
Thank you for your support!
Hopkins School appreciates the generous support of sponsors who help make this event possible. Each sponsor will receive recognition in our event program guide.
