Bidders at the ready!

 

The Silent Auction will open at the Preview Party on Friday, September 9th from 5:00 - 7:00 pm.

Bidding on open items will continue at the Golf Outing on Wednesday, September 14th at 2:00 pm.

Final bids must be placed by 5:00 pm on September 14th. Bidders do not need to be present to win.
 

Preview the Auction Catalog

 

 

 

1. Bidding at the Preview Party on September 9th begins at 7:00 pm and ends at 9:00 pm. Bidding on open items will continue at the Golf Outing on September 14th at 2:00 pm. Final bids must be placed by 5:00 pm on September 14th.
    

2. Bidders must use their bidder number in place of their name. Bidder numbers are assigned at the time of registration.
    

3. Bidders may opt to provide a credit card at the auction registration table to enjoy EXPRESS check-out.
    

4. Bidders must meet the minimum starting bid listed on the bid sheet. Bids that do not meet the minimum will be disqualified.
    

5.  Bidders may bid multiple times on the same items as long as their bid meets the minimum increase. Bids that do not meet the minimum increase will be disqualified.
    

6. Once bids reach the “Buy It Now” price, bidding on that item will close.
    

7. The bidder with the highest bid – or who chooses the “Buy It Now” option – wins the item and agrees to pay the full amount of their bid. Winning bidders must present the bid sheet for their item(s) and their nametag/bidder number to verify the winning bid(s) at checkout.

8. A select number of parties require you to sign-up instead of placing a bid. Spaces for these items are limited on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Proceeds from the Silent Auction & Raffle will benefit the Ann Arbor Rotary Foundation and make it possible for the Rotary Club of Ann Arbor to fund our “Helping Kids Succeed” scholarship programs, distribute grants to 10+ local nonprofit programs, and finance projects in parts of the world where children are most at risk.
