Gold Course: Includes breakfast, range balls, cart, 18 holes of golf, lunch, swag and prizes. 8 a.m. reverse shotgun start, scramble format. $550 for a foursome, $150 for an individual.

Blue Course: Includes breakfast, range balls, cart, 9 holes of golf, lunch, swag and prizes. Tee time start beginning at 10 a.m., scramble format. $375 for a foursome, $100 for an individual.

Sign up by July 30. Golfers under age 12 must play with an adult.
