Important Policies

Important Notice:  CRSI does not use third party organizations (online or via telephone) for booking accommodations. For your safety and security, please only make your reservations using the hotel reservation link or by calling the hotel directly.

 

Room Guarantee:  Providing a credit card at time of reservation is required to hold your room.

Cancellations of Rooms:  Rooms must be canceled at least 72 HOURS prior to arrival.  Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival will be assessed one night’s room, tax and resort fee. 

 Early Departure Fee:  Should you depart prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged one night’s room, tax and resort fee.

 Parking: Valet parking will cost $12.00 per 1 - 8 Hours, $35.00 per 8-24 hours / Self-parking is available for $22.00 per day

 Housekeeping: Daily Housekeeping is provided.

 

Travel Information: The nearest airport is Savannah Airport, approximately 14 miles or 20 minutes from the hotel. 

A taxi should cost around $35 each way.  Uber should cost between $35 and $65 each way.

Registration Information and Policies

By virtue of registration, CRSI East Coast Golf Tournament attendees agree to abide by the Meeting Policies and Code of Conduct, and that photos taken by CRSI may be utilized in follow up coverage of the meeting and/or future meeting promotions.

Registration fees must be paid, in full, in order to receive your name badge and be allowed to attend the meeting. 

Camera / Video Recording Policy

Use of cameras, photography, camera phones and any video or recording equipment is strictly prohibited in all educational sessions. Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal from the session and confiscation of the equipment.

 

By registering for the golf tournament, you consent that any pictures, video and/or audio recording taken during the tournament can be used for meeting coverage and future CRSI promotional purposes.  CRSI is able to use your likeness without remuneration.  By registering, you waive any rights to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy.  You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arriving from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, and you agree to release CRSI from any claims or liability arising from or related to use of the images.

 

Americans with Disabilities Act:

CRSI wishes to take steps to ensure that no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services, segregated or otherwise treated differently than other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. If you require any auxiliary aids or services identified in the Americans with Disabilities Act in order to attend any CRSI program, please indicate your needs in the online registration form.

 

Dietary Restrictions/Food Allergies:

It is important you notify us at the time of registration if you require any special meals or have specific food allergies.  Notification on-site during the meeting will not give adequate time to make sure you are accommodated.
