2024 GTA Charity Golf Tournament

Golf with us on October 14, 2024 (State Holiday).

Join us when the Georgia Technology Authority, its partner organizations and friends come together for the 12th annual GTA State Charitable Contributions Golf Tournament. All proceeds benefit the State Charitable Contributions Program (SCCP), which funnels support to hundreds of charitable organizations providing services in communities all across Georgia.

You may register teams of two, three or four people, or enter as an individual and then be paired with some new golfing buddies at the tournament. 

• Registration fee is $85 per player.

We are pleased to announce that our 2024 tournament will be changing venues to Mystery Valley Golf Club, designed by renowned golf course architect Dick Wilson.  Located in the heart of DeKalb County in Lithonia, Mystery Valley Golf Club has proven to be one of the finest golf courses in the county and one of the most popular.

Inside the Tournament

• Scramble format.  Use the Rules - Scramble link on the Menu button at the top right corner of this page.
• Tournament will be played rain or shine.
• Registration fee includes: 18 Holes of Golf, Cart, Driving Range, and Lunch.
• Scoring will be done electronically using a simple scoring app downloaded to your phone.  Note, we're using a different app this year.  Click the Menu button on the top right of this page for the links.  The new app identifies you by your phone number, so please be sure to include a phone number when you register.
• Awards ceremony will be held at the clubhouse at 1:30 p.m.  Prizes will be awarded for: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams, Longest Drive and Closest-to-Pin competitions. 
• Players can only receive a maximum of one team award and one individual award.
• Mulligans and putting strings are included in the registration fee.
• Golf attire is required on the course.
• All players must be at least 12 years of age.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Affordable sponsorship opportunities are available for corporations and individuals.  Sponsors help make a successful event by contributing prizes and increasing the total money raised for charity.
