GOLF EVENT DETAILS:

Thursday, August 15th, 2024 at Crystal Lake Golf Club in Lakeville, MN
11:00AM “shotgun” start time (registration check-in opens at 9:30AM)
Play Style is a best ball scramble, a format designed to accommodate all levels of play, from the Digi pro to the once-a-year hacker and everybody in between

Includes:

18 holes of golf on a world class golf course
Unlimited range balls (for those who think it’s necessary to practice)
Banquet Style Dinner + Awards Ceremony
An opportunity to win bragging rights for various contests
The chance to dress in your favorite multi-colored/pattern golf attire if you so choose
Volunteer opportunities for those who don't want to golf
Relaxation, Outdoors and Fun!

DIGI EMPLOYEES:
- Register using the ORANGE “Register Now” button above
- Employees may register for up to 4 players + 1 Designated Putter per team OR register as a single or double player and we'll pair you with others
- Registration fees for Digi Employees is $50/per golfer (+$3.00 fee per golfer for credit card convenience fee at checkout)
- Any travel for the event should be approved by your manager (the $50 registration fee and/or any donations made in connection to the event/campaign are not eligible for reimbursement)

SPONSORS:
- Register via the BLUE “Become A Sponsor” link above
- NON-Digi employees must register as a Sponsor if they want to play
- Sponsorship packages begin at $500 (if golfing select an option that includes golfers)
- After registration submit your company’s vector logo (preferably in .AI, .EPS or .svg format)

Sign-up Early, space is limited and we anticipate another full year of participants. Golf registration will close once all spots are filled or by no later than Aug 2nd!

NOT JUST GOLF…IT’S ALSO ABOUT GIVING

Wormburner isn’t just a day of fun and camaraderie, it’s also a 2-month long campaign of giving. With the help of all our Sponsors and all the Digi employees, last year we were able to raise $60,000 for three amazing 501(c)(3) organizations: NAZ (Northside Achievement Zone), Cookie Cart and Inroads. Check out last year's 2023 Blog Post!

Our goal this year is to do it all over again and raise even more (we all know Ron likes 100 goals)! The money raised will be donated to organizations that support diversity and inclusion initiatives and positively impact our society and local communities.

HOW TO DONATE?

Any Employee, Sponsor or Affiliate of Digi is eligible to donate through this website. You do not need to attend the golf event to do so.
Select the RED “Donate” button at the top of the page or “Want to Support Us” button in RED above
100% of your donation will go to support the charitable organization

Employees or Sponsors can also use the QR Code above to access the Wormburner Website for registration or donations.

MORE WAYS FOR EMPLOYEES TO GET INVOLVED:

Volunteer! We need 15-20 volunteers for the day of the golf event. Contact Corinne.Murray@digi.com and/or Mollie.Davis@digi.com to volunteer.
Make a donation! We'll have several opportunities for prizes and raffles prior to the event for those who donate.
Do you have an item you can donate to the event for a raffle prize? Contact Abby.Allison@digi.com.
Do you conduct Digi business with someone who could be a Sponsor for the event? Contact Abby.Allison@digi.com.
Got another idea? The Wormburner committee is ran on a volunteer basis, so we're happy to hear what other ideas you have or ways you want to help to make the event and campaign a success!
