Arrival, Check-In, Driving Range Warm Up: 6:00 AM - 7:20 AM
Shotgun Start: 7:30 AM
Format: 4-Person Scramble – Teams TBD – Random
Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, pin prizes, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more!

Fundraising Goal for 2025:

We are looking to raise $30,000 this year. All proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

Golf Club Rentals: Sets are available for an additional cost.

Transportation:

Whirlwind Golf Club at Wild Horse Pass is conveniently located 24 minutes from the convention center. Please indicate whether you prefer to take a personal Uber or if you would utilize transportation if provided.

Food Accommodations:

Grab & Go Breakfast: Provided before tee-off
Lunch: Served around 1:00 PM during the Award Ceremony after golf concludes. Timing may vary based on completion.
