LIVE AUCTION TO GOLF WITH VP, SHERRI STACE

We're so excited to be auctioning off the chance to golf with our VP, Sherri Stace, this year! Imagine 4 hours on the greens with Sterling’s VP - expect bad golf puns, amazing company, and a hole lot of fun! *Includes 3 golfer registrations - bidding ends June 6. Minimum $100 increase per bid.  The auction is separate/in addition to any other sponsorship opportunities. Email golftournament@sterlingedmonton.com to enter a bid.

Sponsorship tips and reminders: 

1. Sponsor opportunities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Sponsorships are considered tentative until payment is received
3. All sponsors have the option to add SWAG or marketing materials to golfer welcome bags. The cost of SWAG, gifts, prizes, food, liquor, and activities are considered to be above and beyond the posted price of sponsorship.
4. Liquor sales must be made through the Quarry and include gratuity. Outside liquor is NOT permitted.
5. All sponsors with hole sponsorships are required to arrive by 7:00 am for registration and hole set-up 
6. The goal of our tournament is to be filled with FUN! We recommend all hole sponsors have an activity at their hole to promote engagement. Donation efforts are encouraged. 
7. The Quarry is fully paved, meaning sponsors have the ability to drive their vehicles and supplies directly out to their hole for easy set up/take down.
8. All tents MUST BE SECURLEY PEGGED DOWN. Please ensure you come with your own pegs.
