Young Risk Professionals (YRP) was founded in 2013 to connect early career professionals in the Risk and Insurance industry. Our mission is to impact the next generation of leadership within our industry through networking, mentoring, and education.

NETWORKING

To encourage relationship building among young professionals while promoting a community of colleagues and peers in the risk and insurance industry.

MENTORING

To create opportunities where both young and seasoned professionals can join together for mentorship and collaboration.

EDUCATION

To expand industry knowledge, earn Continuing Education credits and motivate college students and recent graduates to get involved and connected.

The YRP initiative helps prepare next-generation leadership while providing opportunities for colleagues to connect through social and educational settings. As a result, partnerships with colleges and universities are an area of focus for us in attracting top-level talent to the industry.

YRP of Georgia is proud to partner with the Spencer Educational Foundation, sharing the proceeds from our golf tournament to create a scholarship and support a deserving student!
