Single Player Registration

Players will receive a $50.00 charitable donation receipt after the tournament. (only the player that has paid for the golf is eligible to receive the charitable donation receipt)

Please note that by registering for the tournament you grant your permission for STCHF to use photos from the event containing your image, or likeness for STCHF promotional, publicity and other purposes.

Two Player Registration
