Our magical day is capped off with cocktails, silent auction, dinner and a one-night-only performance by the nation’s top-ranked University of Michigan Musical Theater Department.  Broadway comes to Barton!

The Rotary Club of Ann Arbor’s 23rd Annual Fundraising Event will be on Monday, September 14, 2026 at Barton Hills Country Club. The elegant event is our club’s signature fundraiser that allows RCAA to fund our “Helping Kids Succeed” scholarship programs, distribute grants to 10+ local nonprofit programs, and finance projects in parts of the world where children are most at risk.

11:45 am: Golf Shotgun Start

5:00 pm: Cocktails, Silent Auction, Awards

7:00 pm: Dinner and Program with a featured musical performance by the University of Michigan's Musical Theater Department

When this annual fundraiser was originally conceived, it was for the following reasons:

• Help increase community public awareness of Rotary – bring together business and professional leaders to provide humanitarian service and advance goodwill and peace worldwide. Rotary’s seven areas of focus are:
  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • We also focus heavily on:
    • Mental health issues and awareness
    • Environment/climate change
    • Diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • At the local level, our focus has been “Helping Kids Succeed”

Our capacity for providing community support is dependent on the success of this event, our single largest fundraiser of the year!
