Tournament Details:

• Arrival, Check-In, Driving Range Warm Up: 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM

• Shotgun Start: 7:30 AM

• Format: 4-Person Scramble – Teams TBD – Random

• Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, pin prizes, longest drive, closest to the pin, and more!

Fundraising Goal for 2026:

We are looking to raise $30,000 this year. All proceeds will be donated to charity. 

Golf Club Rentals: Sets are available for an additional cost.

Transportation:

• BlackHorse Golf Club is located ~40 minutes from the convention center. Please indicate whether you prefer to take a personal Uber or if you would utilize transportation if provided.

 

Food Accommodations:

• Grab & Go Breakfast: Provided before tee-off

• Lunch: Served around 1:00 PM during the Award Ceremony after golf concludes. Timing may vary based on completion.

Photography and Videography:

• Capture the memories! Professional event photographers will be present. After the event, details on accessing photos/videos will be shared on our website and through email.

 

Weather Plan:

• This event will happen rain or shine! In case of inclement weather, a detailed weather plan will be communicated to all participants via email the morning of. There are no refunds, vouchers will be issued in the event of a cancellation.
