Support the event through an in-kind donation, donated goods, donated services, or another form of community support.

This option is intended for in-kind or donated goods and services. Examples may include raffle items, printing, signage, snacks, drinks, photography, player gifts, prizes, or other event support.

Includes

• Recognition based on the type, timing, usefulness, and fair market value of the donated goods or services
• Website listing, if applicable
• Sponsor board recognition, if applicable
• Social media recognition, if applicable
• Event signage, if applicable
• Tucker Tournaments representative follow-up to coordinate donation details

Your contribution makes a meaningful difference. This support helps Tucker Tournaments continue David Tucker’s legacy by supporting children and families facing serious health challenges.

Important Details

After submission, Tucker Tournaments will follow up to collect donor information, a description of the donated goods or services, fair market value estimate, logo/artwork if applicable, pickup or delivery details, and any remaining information needed to coordinate the contribution.

Donation details, logo/artwork, recognition information, delivery plans, pickup needs, and event-logistics details should be confirmed by June 27, 2026 to allow appropriate planning and recognition where applicable.

For best recognition quality, please provide a high-resolution logo file, preferably SVG, EPS, PDF, or transparent PNG. If available, a horizontal logo version is preferred for website, signage, and sponsor board placement.

By providing donor information, logo files, website links, or other brand assets, you authorize Tucker Tournaments to use those materials for event-related recognition, including the event website, signage, sponsor board materials, social media, email communications, and event-day materials where applicable.

Community Partner / In-Kind Donation

Recognition will be determined after review of the donated goods or services, fair market value, logistical fit, usefulness to the event, and timing. In-kind contributions are subject to acceptance and may not guarantee the same recognition as paid sponsorship packages.
