This sponsorship helps cover or offset non-alcoholic drinks and snacks provided at the turn, clubhouse, and beverage cart while supporting a core golfer amenity.

Sponsor Foursome Benefit

This package includes a 35% discount on one foursome through a private registration link. Golfer names are not required at purchase. The confirmation email will include the private registration link for the discounted sponsor foursome.

This sponsor foursome benefit is limited to one foursome per sponsorship package and is subject to event capacity. If you do not have a complete foursome to register, or if you do not plan to use this sponsor foursome benefit, please contact Tucker Tournaments so we can help coordinate golfer placement or update our event planning records.

Important Details

After purchase, Tucker Tournaments will follow up to collect sponsor information, logo/artwork, and remaining package details needed to fulfill the selected sponsorship package.

To guarantee sponsor recognition on signage, sponsor board materials, website recognition, social media recognition, hydration and snack area materials, and other production-dependent items, sponsor information and logo/artwork must be received by June 27, 2026.

For best recognition quality, please provide a high-resolution logo file, preferably SVG, EPS, PDF, or transparent PNG. If available, a horizontal logo version is preferred for website, signage, and sponsor board placement.

By providing sponsor information, logo files, website links, or other brand assets, you authorize Tucker Tournaments to use those materials for event-related sponsor recognition, including the event website, signage, sponsor board materials, social media, email communications, and event-day materials.

Sponsor recognition is subject to production timelines, venue requirements, artwork quality, and receipt of required sponsor information. Sponsors confirmed after production deadlines will still receive recognition where reasonably possible.

Physical Goods / Merchandise

Branded snacks, displays, donated products, or sponsor-provided materials must be approved by Tucker Tournaments and the venue.

If your sponsorship includes sponsor-supplied snacks, drinks, branded materials, displays, giveaways, or other physical items, Tucker Tournaments will coordinate delivery, quantity, timing, and event-day logistics after purchase.

Sponsor Support

If your organization needs a W-9, invoice copy, payment receipt, or additional documentation for accounting or sponsorship records, please reply to your confirmation email and Tucker Tournaments will provide what is needed.
