TO SUBMIT YOUR LOGO, NAME, OR PHOTO:
Send (1) of the following to ssalatich@Alaqua.org

LOGO:  High resolution image of your logo (JPG, PNG, or EPS)

NAME:  Your name as you would like it listed on the sign

PET NAME & PHOTO:  Your pet's name and a high resolution image of your pet (JPG, PNG, or EPS)
Photo/image will be inserted into a circle (see sample)

MEMORY/CELEBRATION:  Pet's name and a high resolution image of your pet (JPG, PNG, or EPS). Indicate how you would like it listed, i.e. "In Memory of" or "In Celebration of"
