$300 (Individual) or $1,200 (Foursome)

If you are registering for a foursome, at least one player's name and e-mail address is required.

Dinner Only Tickets - $80  

Super Ticket - $50

Tee Sign - $150, Pin Flag - $50

Early Registration Opportunity

If you purchase a Super Ticket with your registration by April 30,

you will receive 30 raffle tickets instead of 10 raffle tickets.

Registration Fee includes:  Round of Golf, Range Balls, Golf Cart, Golf Gift, Lunch and Dinner

PAYMENT METHODS - Cash, Check or Credit Card

If you would like to pay by credit card, there is an Online Registration Fee ($4.00 per golfer).  This fee only applies to golfer's fee.
