1. Which golf course is the tournament hosted at?

Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, 4612 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC

 

2. When is tee time? 

The shotgun start is at 10:45 am.

 

3. Will there be any refreshments or food available on the course?

Yes! Snacks and beverages will be provided for all foursomes. 

 

4. Are there shuttles from the Fairmont to the golf course?

Yes, there are. They depart from outside the hotel and they take golfers to the green starting as early as 9:00 am. 

 

5. Where is the networking breakfast?

It's at the Woodlands Terrace at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. 

 

6. Is there a room block?

Yes, there is.

7. Can I buy a 19th hole reception ticket?

We have limited space, please inquire to info@partnersintourism.ca to see if we can accommodate you.

 

8. When does the 19th Hole Reception start?

The 19th hole reception starts at 5:15 pm. 

 

9. What’s the dress code for the 19th Hole Reception and Rooftop Networking BBQ? 

Golf attire or whatever you feel comfortable in.
