TOURNAMENT DAY SCHEDULE - Monday, June 5, 2023

  - TOURNAMENT DAY SCHEDULE SUMMARY -  

As the sun breaks, our crew will have already been at work setting up tees, carts, signage, contests, registration, and more. At 5:30, sponsors will arrive and begin setup of their marketing areas. A Cadillac XT4 from Coulter Cadillac will arive and park for display near the 18th hole... are you the chosen one? Players will begin arriving at 6/6:30 and begin check-in. Maybe upgrade to a Super Ticket  and get in on the ball launcher, putting contest, extra helicopter balls, extra raffle tickets, and a mulligan. Grab a coffee or cocktail, maybe a breakfast snack from the clubhouse. 7am should be getting busy and plenty of people starting to practice putts, chipping, or driving. At 7:30 the whirley bird will be heading our way and become staionary about 100-150 feet above the chipping area (stay clear). The helicopter will drop apx 500 balls over the chipping area. The 3 closest to hole (or in the hole) win prizes. Thank you EdKey Schools for the Platinum and helicopter sponsorships. Once dropped, head to your holes as this is the official start to the tournament. PLEASE take a moment and visit with the sponsors / vendors around the course. They have graciously donated to help support Arizona foster children. As you round the practice green, STOP, this is where you will take a turn in the $5k Putting Contest (fee for entry) to be entered into the final 3-person contest (the winner of that contest will take the attempt for the $5k). You're on your last hole and when you've sank the last putt of the day, it's time to be on your way..... to Kasai for an awesome luncheon. Raffles, prizes, silent auction, teppanyaki, sushi, cocktails, and more! Doors for the luncheon open at 12pm. Specials thanks by Mike Russello, then on to the prizes, raffles, etc announced between 3-4pm.
