Do you have a product or service you would like to donate to the event raffle?

After the tournament, players, sponsors, support crew, and possibly you will come to Kasai Japanese Steakhouse for an awesome hosted lunch. On the menu will be teppanyaki dishes, Asian inspired favorites, sushi, desserts, awesome cocktails, good times, and more. During the luncheon, we will be announcing tournament winners and other prizes. As well, Donated gifts will be placed around the restaurant and guests will place their raffle tickets in boxes at the items they desire to hopefully win. 

Product / Service Donations with a value of $100 (can be multiple items with a combined total of $100+) or more will be given a guest ticket to the luncheon (ticket includes: lunch, drink ticket, raffle ticket). Additional tickets are available for purchase. Sales of raffle tickets is combined with other sales and will be donated to Arizonans for Children. A local 501(C)(3) non-profit. After your submission, you will receive an email with a link to tax documents for your accounting and tax purposes.
