We are very excited to be back for the 2nd Annual South Jersey Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Golf Tournament presenting by AmeriHealth NJ and Cigna. Come join us by playing and/or sponsoring this event that supports the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. The event is hosted at the beautiful Medford Lakes Country Club in Medford Lakes NJ. 

The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation is a non-profit, volunteer-fueled organization dedicated to finding cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, and improving the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases.

Once again we will have the very popular 50/50 putting contest. Chances for that will be $20. 

We will also have raffles tickets for you to win some amazing raffle items!
