Teaming Up for Good is a Slagle Foundation initiative that focuses philanthropic contributions toward three main pillars: first responders, military and children. By supporting and strengthening the lives of others, Teaming Up for Good is dedicated to providing a helpful and positive presence in local communities. The foundation helps others live a full life through volunteer work, donations and sponsoring events.

For 2023, the foundation is focusing on Sleep in Heavenly Peace, an organization that provides bunk beds to children and families in need.  All children deserve a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads. Across the US, too many boys and girls go without a bed—or even a pillow—to sleep on. These children end up sleeping on couches, blankets, and even floors. This can affect their happiness and health. That’s where Sleep in Heavenly Peace comes in. They're a group of volunteers dedicated to building, assembling and delivering top-notch bunk beds to children and families in need.
