All golfers will tee off at 9:00 AM for an 18-hole scramble format.

Following Golf — Lunch, Awards & Raffles | Approximately 2:00–4:00 PM 🏆

The day doesn't end after the 18th hole! Join us after golf for lunch, awards, auction items, and more opportunities to support the Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation.

Please bring cash or be ready to Venmo for auction items and additional purchases during the post-golf celebration.

Why We're Doing It Again ❤️

Last year, what started as our first We Close Deals Team Golf Tournament became so much more than a day on the golf course.

We had the opportunity to hear John Ellsessar share the story behind the Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation and the loss of his sons, Michael and Timothy. His story left an impact on everyone in the room and gave all of us a much deeper understanding of just how important access to lifesaving equipment can be when seconds matter.

Michael was just 16 years old when he suffered sudden cardiac arrest after being struck in the chest during a high school football game. CPR was started immediately, but there was no AED available at the field.

John and his family have taken unimaginable loss and turned it into a mission to help protect other children, athletes and families.

That's why we're back for year two.

Where Your Support Goes

All proceeds from our 2nd Annual We Close Deals Team Golf Tournament will benefit the Scholastic Sports Zone Foundation and its mission to help Massachusetts school athletic programs gain access to lifesaving health and safety resources.

The foundation:

• Donates AEDs to Massachusetts school athletic programs in need
• Provides CPR and AED training
• Helps schools establish emergency action plans
• Educates communities about sudden cardiac arrest and the importance of being prepared
