Neither The Rotary Club of Weston, Inc., any other promotional sponsors, nor their respective founders, owners, investors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, directors, officers, shareholders, members, employees, representatives, franchisees, service agencies, affiliates, independent contractors and agents are responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the winner's acceptance or use of any prize.
