The Citrus Heights Police Activities League (CHPAL) is a nonprofit dedicated to building positive, trusting relationships between our local youth and the officers who serve and protect them. Through fun community events, the Police Explorers program for teens passionate about law enforcement, summer activities, holiday events, and hands-on leadership opportunities, we help kids stay safe, make smart choices, and see police officers as real-life role models and mentors, not just people in uniforms.
