The iDAC Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, envisions a world where capital catalyzes inclusive economic growth and innovation. 

Formerly known as IDiF (the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion in Finance), The iDAC Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to expanding equitable access to capital and propelling economic justice, power, and influence. Our merger was announced in May 2024. 

The IDAC Foundation recognizes that capital is the lifeblood of every industry. Because each sector has unique capital needs, we seek to unite and align diverse efforts. We're committed to amplifying and educating through thought leadership, coalitions, and resource sharing, illuminating the path toward a more inclusive financial sector.
