A Message from Head Coach Mike Cason...

As the Head Coach of the Mountain View softball program, I am very excited about the upcoming season. We are surrounded by talented people in the Lady Bears family and we are passionate about what we do. Meeting the demands of our athletes requires a great deal of dedication and commitment. MVHS coaches, players, and parents are committed to a unified vision that encourages positive fundamental growth, a strong work ethic, and a teamwork mindset through positive coaching and parental support. Our goal is to create a support system that fosters a unified Mountain View softball community.

Our goals as players, coaches, and a program require vision, commitment, and resources. A significant portion of our program's funding is generated by the friends and family of the players as well as the generosity people like you - supporters of the Lady Bears community! By helping raise funds for our program, you allow us to offer opportunities to all players by keeping dues costs reasonable, improving our facilities, covering tournament and travel costs, upgrading equipment, and making our girls look sharp in new uniforms. We appreciate our community and your support for our girls and the MVHS softball program. We would like to personally thank everyone for supporting our program and invite you to come watch our games this season.

We are looking forward to an exciting 2023 season as we continue to establish a standard of excellence.
