45th Annual Sgambati Golf Tournament

The Rotary Club of Burlington is pleased once again to have the opportunity to be hosting the Sgambati Golf Tournament at the prestigious Burlington Golf and Country Club.

The proceeds for this year's Sgambati will be going right back into our community for such charities as Food 4 Kids, Halton Learning Center and the Children's Foundation, Wellington Square Food Bank, Acclaim Health Dementia Care, and Bonnie Place (Geared to Income Senior Residence) Christmas Gift Program.

Entry Fee $320 (Including Tax Receipt); $295 for when registration and payment is done by August 31st 

Tickets can be paid by PayPal, Credit Card (within PayPal), Cash (eTransfer), Cheque or Membership chit.   To pay using your membership chit please select the cash option and put your membership # in the notes.  Event Caddy charges a $4 convenience fee for each player registered through credit card.  To avoid the fee we recommend paying by eTransfer or Cheque.  Tax receipts will be emailed sometime after the event is over.

Entry is limited to the first 144 paid players

Attire

Golf attire should be tailored and in good taste.  No tee shirts, jeans, jogger/rugger or running pants may be worn.
