5th Annual Andy Buffone Memorial Golf Tournament

Promising to be a fun day of golf, but its driving purpose is to raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association Algoma, which provides recovery-based programs and services to residents of Algoma and Sault Ste. Marie.  The Buffone family spearheaded the tournament, starting with Andy's son Anthony.  The Buffones continue to honour Andy's memory after he passed from suicide in March 2020.  The family, organizers and supporters hope to continue to destigmatie mental health and substance use struggles and to ensure that there is always a safe space for support to talk about mental health.
